STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Appointments and Consultations:
To schedule an appointment or consultation, please click the BOOK with DONNA button located at the top of each page of our website or on Instagram @belladonnaskinstudio. You may also call or text us at 949.238.7202 or email at donna@belladonnaskinstudio.com. We are pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Due to safety and insurance regulations, we are unable to accommodate children and/or animals at the studio.
Bella Donna Skin Studio Office Hours by Private Appointment:
Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Cancellations:
Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you and is considered confirmed when it is made. We require 24 hour advanced notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
There is a $50 fee for all missed appointments, or appointments that you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.
Client Photos:
Client photos are required before and after each skincare appointment. They are for treatment information purposes only and will stay part of your private profile. They will not be shared or reproduced without your prior consent. Generic photos that do not disclose facial recognition may be shared on social network platforms.
Confirmation Emails/Texts:
As a courtesy, we text or email a reminder 48 hours prior to your upcoming appointment. Please let us know the best cell phone number and email to reach you when you make your appointment.
New Client Paperwork:
Please complete the new client paperwork prior to your first appointment or online virtual consultation appointment. You will be asked to also complete client consent forms at the time of your appointment. For your convenience, please click on the link below or scan the QR code with your cell phone camera to access the paperwork.
Consultations:
We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their skin care goals. Complimentary skin consultations are conducted during your visit in order to customize the most effective treatment plan for your skin. We will review important factors such as your skin type, medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, and product recommendations.
*Clinical Skin Consultations are required to be booked separately by appointment before booking peels.
Late Arrivals:
A late arrival will take away from the time reserved for your service. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so that the next client’s session can begin on time and we do not get backed up. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you and complete as much of your treatment as possible, or provide a service that requires less time.
Product Pick-Ups:
For your convenience, products may be picked up at the studio by booking SkinCare Shopping or by making arrangements to pick up at the studio at your leisure. We also offer curbside pickup in the parking spaces located directly in front of our studio.
Product Returns:
*Returns are gladly accepted for any skincare product that is unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date. Skincare products must have their original seal in place. If the product seal is broken, we cannot accept the return. Refunds will be made back to the original form of payment. Shipping charges incurred will not be refunded. Gift cards and/or gift certificates are not eligible for returns.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please contact the studio. Products must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products more suited to your desired result or issue an e-gift card.

COVID-19:
Please adhere to all COVID-19 PROCEDURES for your safety and the safety of our team. They are posted below on our website and also at the studio. In addition, please review the COVID-19 WAIVER prior to arriving for your appointment. Please contact Donna if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you.

Privacy Policy:
At Bella Donna Skin Studio, we respect and protect the privacy of our clients and those who use our website, services, and products. When you give us your contact or additional personal information, Bella Donna Skin Studio will not share that information with any other organization or individual. We may contact you from time to time with new procedures, products and updates or with special events/offers. If you reply asking us to remove your name or unsubscribe we will immediately do so.
